Day 7 - day of Brown rice and juice
This day is a day of paneer brown rice, soup, other vegetables and fruit juice. Drink 5 litres of water
- Brown rice - 1 bowl
- Oranges - 2
- Watermelon - 1/2
- Capsicum - 1
- Cabbage - 1/2
- Lettuce - 2
- Carrot - 2
- Onions - 2
- Lemon - 1
- Water - 5 litres
Wake up drink 7 AM
Drink warm lemon water when you wake up.
Breakfast 8 AM
1 plate full of vegetables. Slices of cabbage, lettuce, Capsicum, and carrot
Morning snack 10 AM
1 big glass of watermelon juice
Lunch 1 PM
1 bowl brown rice made with paneer and onions.
Evening snack 4 PM
1 glass of orange juice
Dinner 7 PM
Prepare a special gmdiet soup for dinner. In a vessel full of water add few cabbage, lettuce, capsicum, carrot, and a onion and boil for an hour, your soup will be ready. you can add little salt and pepper.
Feeling of the day
You can't wait all the day to finish this diet.
Science of the day
Brown rice is rich in fiber and complex carbo hydrates. Paneer has protiens and Vegetables has nutritions. Juices are rich in fibre. Protiens and nutritions along with water tends to improve the digestion system and fat burning metabolism. Extra fats stored in your body will start to burn.
Drink more water. If you feel hungry drink some watermelon juice.
