Day 6 - day of Brown rice and soup

This day is brown rice day with paneer, soup, kidney beans, curd, tomatoes and other vegetables. Drink 5 litres of water

  • Brown rice - 1 bowl
  • Paneer
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Kidney beans - 1 bowl
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Cabbage - 1/2
  • Lettuce - 2
  • Carrot - 2
  • Onions - 2
  • Lemon - 1
  • Water - 5 litres

Wake up drink 7 AM

Drink warm lemon water when you wake up.

Breakfast 8 AM

Half bowl of boiled kidney beans with chopped tomatoes

Morning snack 10 AM

1 plate full of vegetables. Slices of cabbage, lettuce, Capsicum, and carrot

Lunch 1 PM

1 bowl brown rice made with paneer and onions. Use curd or yogurt with the rice.

Evening snack 4 PM

1 plate of diced cabbage, lettuce, Capsicum, and carrots

Dinner 7 PM

Prepare a special gmdiet soup for dinner. In a vessel full of water add few cabbage, lettuce, capsicum, carrot, and a onion and boil for an hour, your soup will be ready. you can add little salt and pepper.

Feeling of the day

You will actually start bored with the diet. And you can feel the weight loss.

Science of the day

Brown rice is rich in fiber and complex carbo hydrates. Paneer has protiens and Vegetables has nutritions. Protiens and nutritions along with water tends to improve the digestion system and fat burning metabolism. Extra fats stored in your body will start to burn.
