Day 5 - day of Brown rice and vegetables
This day is brown rice day with paneer, kidney beans, curd, tomatoes and other vegetables. Also increase the water intake to 5 litres
- Brown rice - 1 bowl
- Tomatoes - 5
- Kidney beans - 1 bowl
- Sprouts - 1/2 bowl
- Capsicum - 1
- Cabbage - 1/2
- Lettuce - 2
- Carrot - 2
- Onions - 2
- Lemon - 1
- Water - 5 litres
Wake up drink 7 AM
Drink warm lemon water when you wake up.
Breakfast 8 AM
Half bowl of boiled kidney beans with chopped tomatoes
Morning snack 10 AM
1 plate full of vegetables. Slices of cabbage, lettuce, Capsicum, and carrot
Lunch 1 PM
1 bowl brown rice made with paneer and onions. Use curd or yogurt with the rice.
Evening snack 4 PM
Half bowl of sprouts.
Dinner 7 PM
Prepare a special gmdiet tomato soup for dinner. In a vessel full of water add few tomatoes, cabbage, lettuce, and a onion and boil for an hour, your soup will be ready. you can add little salt and pepper.
Feeling of the day
You will feel very great. The food will taste delicious to your taste buds.

Brown rice is rich in fiber and complex carbo hydrates. Paneer has protiens and Vegetables has nutritions. Protiens and nutritions along with water tends to improve the digestion system and fat burning metabolism. Extra fats stored in your body will start to burn.
Increase the water intake. Water is the secret ingredient.
