Day 4 - day of Milk and bananas
Day of milk and bananas. You have to take only milk and bananas through out the day.
- Bananas - 6 to 8
- Milk - 1 litre
- Lemon - 1
- Water - 4 litres
Wake up drink 7 AM
Drink warm lemon water when you wake up.
Breakfast 8 AM
Take 2 big bananas and 1 glass of milk
Morning snack 10 AM
Banana shake. Simply add a banana in a glass of milk and mix it in a mixture
Lunch 1 PM
2 Bananas with milk
Evening snack 4 PM
Dinner 7 PM
2 bananas and glass of milk
Feeling of the day
You will feel very energetic this day.
Science of the day
Your body will be running out of vitamins in first 3 days. Banana is rich in vitamin B which will give you energy. It consist of potassium which will take care of your heart and also manage your stress level. Milk is rich in calcium and it will strengthen your bones. Since your body contains all the energy it needs the metabolism of your body doesn't need to store fat and excess fats stored your body will be burned.
Whenever you feel hunger eat 1 banana.
