This day is filled with fruits and vegetables. Start with fruits and finish with vegetables.

Shopping list

  • Water melon - 1 small
  • Musk melon - 1/2
  • Apple - 1
  • Orange - 2
  • Cabbage - 1/2
  • Lettuce - 2
  • Cucumber - 2
  • Broccoli - 1
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Carrot - 2
  • Beans - 5
  • Lemon - 1
  • Water - 4 litres

Wake up drink 7 AM

Drink warm lemon water when you wake up.

Breakfast 8 AM

1 plate full of watermelon and muskmelon slices.

Morning snack 10 AM

1 apple and 2 oranges

Lunch 1 PM

1 plate full of vegetables. Slices of cabbage, lettuce, cucumber and beans

Evening snack 4 PM

1 plate of carrots and half boiled brocolli (boil for 5 mins)

Dinner 7 PM

1 plate of carrots, cucumber and lettuce

Feeling of the day

You will feel lite this day. Someone felt bit headache buts its okay.

Science of the day

Fruits are rich in fibre and removes toxins from body. Body will get nutritions from the vegetables. Intake of water take cares the fat burning process
