Day 2 - day of vegetables
This day is filled with vegetables. Start the day with potato. Eat raw or half boiled vegetables whole day.
- Potato - 2 large
- Cabbage - 1/2
- Lettuce - 3
- Cucumber - 2
- Broccoli - 1
- Capsicum - 1
- Carrot - 2
- Black Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon
- Butter - small piece
- Beans - 10
- Lemon - 1
- Water - 4 litres
Wake up drink 7 AM
Drink warm lemon water when you wake up.
Breakfast 8 AM
2 Boiled potatos. Apply butter and sprinkle some pepper powder on the boiled potatos.
Morning snack 10 AM
1 plate full of vegetables. Slices of cabbage, lettuce, Capsicum
Lunch 1 PM
1 plate full of vegetables. Slices of cabbage, lettuce, cucumber and beans
Evening snack 4 PM
1 plate of carrots and half boiled brocolli (boil for 5 mins)
Dinner 7 PM
1 plate of carrots, cucumber and lettuce
Feeling of the day
It will be little difficult to pass this day. You may feel tired at end of the day. Never give up on this day.
Science of the day
Potato will increase hunger. Your body will be ready to take nutritions. Vegetables has higher amount of nutritions. Higher amount of water intake will increase digestion.
Your body will get nutritions but still your digestion system will be very active. So now extra fats stored in your body will start to burn.
You are strictly allowed to take potato only once. Since potato is carbo hydrate eating more potatos will completely spoil the diet.
